Emergency Procedures:
Report any equipment problems to PRO2 immediately at our Phone Number --- 716-667-9600 or toll-free at 1-866-667-9600. If there is a major power failure and those lines do not get answered, you can call the Answering Service DIRECT at 1-800-232-1380 or 1-607-795-3215. Tell them you are calling for PRO2 and leave your SERVICE message with them. They will contact us and we will call you back.
If any of these procedures fail, call 911 for EMERGENCY SERVICE or get yourself to the HOSPITAL.
